2. Service Description

RoItems is a platform that allows users to complete third-party offers in exchange for virtual credits that may be redeemed for virtual items in Roblox games. We act solely as an intermediary and do not guarantee the availability, delivery, or value of any items.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts and Roblox Username

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Service. We do not collect, store, or have access to your Roblox password. We only use your Roblox username to identify your account for item delivery purposes.

5. Virtual Credits and Balance

• Credits may expire or be forfeited if your account is inactive for an extended period or if these Terms are violated.
• We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in crediting resulting from third-party offer providers.

6. Item Availability and Substitution

• No Guarantee of Availability: All items displayed on the Service are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any specific item will be available at the time of redemption.
• Right to Substitute: If a requested item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equivalent or greater value at our sole discretion. You agree to accept such substitutions.
• Item Values: Item values displayed are estimates and may fluctuate. We are not responsible for changes in item values before, during, or after redemption.
• Delivery Time: Item delivery may take up to 48 hours or longer. We do not guarantee specific delivery times.
• Balance Usage: Your credit balance may be used to redeem any available item of equivalent or lesser value. If your requested item becomes unavailable, you may select an alternative item or wait for restocking at our discretion.

The Service integrates with third-party offer providers and services. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or practices of third-party offers
• Any data you provide to third-party offer providers
• Any charges, subscriptions, or obligations resulting from completing third-party offers

8. Roblox Affiliation Disclaimer

RoItems is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox," "Robux," and all related game names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners. All virtual items are the property of their respective game developers and Roblox Corporation.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Service, offer system, or credit system
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Create multiple accounts to exploit offers or credits
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of all credits, and potential legal action.

• Any items will be available or delivered
• Credits will be accurately tracked or maintained
• The Service will meet your expectations or requirements
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ROITEMS, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00 USD), AS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

You acknowledge that virtual items and credits have no monetary value and agree that you have no claim for monetary compensation related to any items, credits, or use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RoItems, its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of any third party
• Any dispute between you and any third party
• Your participation in any third-party offers

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, all credits and pending redemptions may be forfeited. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
